If you have unlimited tax liability in Sweden, you are entitled to the ROT deduction for work performed on a home anywhere within the EU/EEA – including your house or apartment in Spain. We handle the paperwork.
ELIT Installation is approved to perform ROT-eligible work on your home in both Sweden and Spain. Always check current rules with Skatteverket.
- You must have unlimited tax liability in Sweden (typically registered in Sweden).
- You must own the property and it cannot be rented out commercially.
- Only the labour cost qualifies – not materials or travel.
- The deduction is 30 % of the labour cost, up to SEK 50,000 per person per year.
- The contractor must hold F-skatt or the equivalent approval for foreign companies.
